Disappointing stay with unpleasant pool area

I stayed here five years ago and don’t remember it being quite so grotty. The rooms were ok but we had loud obnoxious neighbours shouting in the corridors at 1am for a significant amount of time. The pool area is very shabby - pigeons all over and drinking in the pool, the towels are dirty and the beds are disgusting. The overwhelming smell of pigeon poo is also very off putting. The breakfast was very average and the hall was full of mosquitoes. It is cheap so you get what you pay for but it was disappointing and definitely not up to usual Radisson standards.

Nice rooms, amazing food. Special mention to Chef Aravind , Sachin , Ravi , they helped us with customised and tasty food. Oasis restaurant is a very good and serve delicious food. Restaurant staffs are super friendly and thier hospitality is top notch.

I had 2 night stay at Radisson Agra, spacious and comfortable rooms with modern amenities. It provides pleasant outdoor spaces. delicious cuisines with a standout breakfast. The spa is a relaxing retreat with skilled therapists. I highly recommend Radisson Agra for its excellent amenities, and convenient location.

If you go there you have to meet Deepak he was the nicest man I have ever met. Rooms are a 10 out of 10. Food was amazing. The pool was nice but the best part was the view. I would come back here just for the view!

This is definitely the best hotel in Agra. We were treated so well by the staff. Our waiter Mr Javed was excellent he is the best and took care of us so well. Mr Jithendra also helped us a lot and was so kind . Miss Sana made such great tea . Mr Jasir bhai made us so happy he is so friendly and kind. I loved his laughter and kindness so much. He made us feel very welcomed. Mr Akith from housekeeping also helped us a lot and is so great at his job . Radisson Agra is the place to be. It is so classy and the staff are superb.
